Xenro SEO Agent Terms of Service
Effective 15 October 2026.
These terms describe use of Xenro SEO Agent, provided by Xenro Enterprise ("Xenro"). Contact [email protected] for support or questions about the service.
Service and access
Xenro SEO Agent provides WordPress keyword research, topic planning, and AI-assisted content generation. Features depend on the installed version, site configuration, licence, third-party availability, and agreed service limits. Until the direct Google Ads integration is live, keyword research uses DataForSEO.
Use the plugin only on sites and with accounts you are authorised to administer. Keep credentials confidential and do not attempt to bypass authentication, usage caps, or other clients' access controls. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to infringe another person's rights.
Content and publishing
You retain your rights in the material you supply. You authorise Xenro and the configured service providers to process that material as needed to perform requested workflows, as described in the privacy policy. These terms do not promise exclusive rights in AI-generated output.
You are responsible for your source material, product facts, instructions, and publishing settings. Review generated material for accuracy, originality, rights, and suitability. If you enable automatic publishing, content can be published without a separate approval for each article. Automated quality checks cannot detect every error.
Research and third-party services
Keyword metrics are estimates and can be incomplete or outdated. The service does not guarantee indexing, search rankings, traffic, conversions, or revenue. Research currently uses DataForSEO; generation uses the selected AI provider or compatible endpoint. Their availability, restrictions, and applicable terms may affect the service.
Google Ads API use is limited to keyword research through Xenro's own account; site owners do not connect their Google accounts. The application does not manage advertisements, bids, campaigns, or advertising budgets.
Charges, changes, and ending use
Any service fees, credits, limits, and separately payable provider charges must be stated in your agreed order or service arrangement. These terms do not introduce a subscription or authorise a charge.
You can stop future scheduled work through the plugin settings and contact Xenro to end managed access. Existing posts and research data are not automatically removed when access ends. Ask for any required cleanup separately. Access may be suspended for misuse, compromised credentials, or an inactive licence.
Xenro may update the service and these terms. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
